I have been working for long to submit a template to OSWD. At last finished. CSS and HTML has been validated.
Hi this is my first design which came out to be fine!!(it's upto you to decide). I tried a lot to imitate other designs. Finally concluded to go for my intutuions and insticts.
Well I am doing Integrated MSc in physics in department of studies in Physics of the The University Of mysore India. One of our teacher here who is an opensource activists told us about OSWD and that's how I started to browse this site. I learnt a lot from designs of all the OSWD contributors . Thankyou for all you guys.
This is the middle most part of the page. Everything is same as the left navigational bar. But if you want you can make changes [at your risk!!]. Don't get scared, it's ok to go for experiments.

This is a third layer in sleek. All these three navigational bars are achieved using CSS positioning property This makes information to be presented in a rather compact way. Eventhough it is visually appealing there are certain things that I have compromised. It seems to be tedious to scroll Up and down each time you finish a navigational bar. Please bare with me, because sleek behaves like that
The links of this template uses special mouse over effects. Once you move your mouse over Drop Down it pulls down a list of links for you
Unfortunately this feature is not available in IE. You have to use heavily CSS supported browsers like Mozilla or Opera
